Quail - Thank you for your interest in Magnolia Plantation. We do offer a limited number of wild quail hunts for lease. We would like to talk to you and understand what type of an arrangement you are seeking.

We offer a total traditional plantation experience. We hunt only wild birds from horseback accompanied by a mule driven carriage carrying dogs. Hunts can accommodate 6 people comfortably and up to 8 total. The cost would include all meals and lodging at the plantation.

We would be delighted to talk with you about your request more completely. Please feel free to call us at your convenience. We are currently looking to fill one more week at the end of this season (through February) and are seeking 4 potential candidates that we could form a relationship with for the coming year and future. During the corresponding regulated seasons we can offer ancillary hunting of deer, boar, ducks etc.

Dove - Dove shoots are frequent afternoon events at Magnolia. These are social affairs with numerous shooters each occupying a stand and waiting alertly for the speedy passing doves.

Deer - Before first-light the deer hunters are in their stands waiting for that buck. By 10-11 am the morning shoot is over.The afternoon hunts start around 3 pm and last until dusk. It has been estimated that Magnolia has more that 1,500 deer. Our deer hunters are invariably successful.
